Hello! My name is Genevieve Ricciardi. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.
I grew up in a loving, supportive family in the suburbs of Chicago. My family has played a prominent role in my life and I am very grateful for everything they have done for me. I am a fun-loving, adventurous, creative person. I enjoy going on walks, spending time with family and friends, creating with my Cricut (paper craft machine), watching a good movie, and traveling. Some of the most important things to me are faith, family, loving others, and my bag of chocolate.
Throughout life, children have held a very special place in my heart. Children give me perspective on what is truly important in life. The joy in their eyes when understanding dawns upon them, and the innocent smile they have truly touch my heart. I have felt called to work with children in some capacity for many years. I believe that children are the future of the world and as a teacher it will be my responsibility to form them into the best versions of themselves.
